Spam and Unsolicited Messaging
- Sending bulk email or spam, including opt-in messaging that violates service rules.
- Operating open SMTP relays.
- Sending deceptive or misleading messages.
Copyright and Trademark Violations
- Hosting pirated media, cracked software, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Using brand names, logos, or trademarks without permission.
Resource Abuse
- Running public cryptocurrency miners or distributed compute networks without explicit approval.
- Consuming excessive CPU, memory, or network resources at the expense of other customers.
3. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your server and environment, including keeping software current, using strong passwords, limiting remote access, and monitoring for unauthorized access or abuse. Simple Server Networks may take emergency action, including suspension, if a compromised system poses risk to others.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
Simple Server Networks may monitor network traffic and system behavior to ensure compliance with this policy. If a violation is detected, the company may notify you, suspend or terminate services depending on severity, or contact law enforcement if criminal activity is involved.
5. Reporting Violations
To report abuse or policy violations, contact abuse@simpleservernet.com. Include relevant logs, headers, and IP addresses when submitting abuse reports.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised policy.
