By purchasing or using any service offered by Simple Server Networks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Simple Server Networks provides dedicated servers, virtual servers, and Asterisk-powered PBX setups. All services are provided as-is and as-available. We strive for high reliability and performance, but no service is guaranteed to be completely error-free or without interruption.
3. Billing & Payment
- Payment Terms: All services are prepaid and billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
- Due Date: Invoices are due upon receipt. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated after 48 hours of non-payment.
- Late Fees: A late fee of 5% may be applied to overdue invoices.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Account Suspension & Termination
Simple Server Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Abuse of network resources
- Any behavior that jeopardizes the integrity, performance, or reputation of our network
We will attempt to provide notice before suspension or termination, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hosting malware, phishing, or spamming operations
- Participating in DDoS attacks
- Violating copyright or trademark laws
- Mining cryptocurrency without consent
- Engaging in harassment or threats

6. Support & Maintenance
Our team provides 24/7 technical support for network and hardware issues. We do not provide support for:
- Software not installed by us
- Customer-coded applications
- Third-party services or scripts
Maintenance windows may be scheduled and communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice when critical issues arise.
7. Data & Backups
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Simple Server Networks is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
8. Liability & Warranties
All services are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Simple Server Networks is not liable for:
- Downtime or service interruption
- Data loss or corruption
- Unauthorized access to data
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
