- Port scanning, brute force attacks, or packet sniffing
- Overloading network resources or attempting to disrupt other users’ services
❌ Spam & Unsolicited Messaging
- Sending bulk email (spam), even if opt-in
- Operating open SMTP relays
- Sending deceptive or misleading messages
❌ Copyright & Trademark Violations
- Hosting pirated media, cracked software, or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
- Using brand names, logos, or trademarks without permission
❌ Resource Abuse
- Running public cryptocurrency miners or distributed compute networks without explicit approval
- Consuming excessive CPU, memory, or network resources at the expense of other customers
3. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your server, including:
- Keeping software and systems up to date
- Using strong passwords and limiting SSH or remote access
- Monitoring for unauthorized access or abuse
We may take emergency action, including suspending services, if your system is compromised and poses a risk to others.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor network traffic and system behavior to ensure compliance with this AUP. If a violation is detected:
- We may notify you of the issue
- Services may be suspended or terminated without notice, depending on severity
- Law enforcement may be contacted if criminal activity is involved

6. Policy Updates
